 Shipping Your Order

  • We offer domestic and international shipping.  Thanks to our loyal customers, many of over 20 years, we have been able to secure high volume, deep discounts with both FedEx and UPS.  Unlike other companies, we pass those discounts directly to you.

Damaged Shipment Policy

  • You will not be responsible for any fees on products that are damaged during shipping. 

  • If there is any visible damage from the outside of the box, please make a note of damage when signing for the package.

  • Please keep all shipping packaging.  A shipping representative will need to inspect the original box, with original packing material. Throwing away, or cutting up the box will void shipping insurance.

  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, no exceptions

  • To report a damaged shipment, please call our office at (800) 434-5141.  Please allow 2-5 business days to claim processing.
